The Top 10 Benefits of a Plant-Based Lifestyle

When some people think about a plantbased lifestyle they assume diet restriction, boring food and time consuming recipes and practice. That's not the case, I'm bringing out this post "the Top 10 Benefits of a Plantbased Diet" to answer some questions regarding this lifestyle, and put the possitive aspects of it in perspective.
1. You can eat as often and as much as you want! It's encouraged!

Eating 5-7 meals a day is very common in living a plant-based lifestyle. It is encouraged that you eat until you are full, and do not allow yourself to become hungry (that is key).
2. The food you are eating will not only fuel you for day but it was also help fight off disease!
Eating this way will lower your blood pressure, cholestorol, risk of cancer and improve your blood sugar!
3. Eating a plantbased diet reduces your environmental impact dramatically!

Did you know it takes 1,847 gallons of water to produce just 1lb of beef!
4. Living a plant-based lifestyle will make you GLOW!

My skin literally glows now, my acne has decreased dramatically and I look more hydrated overall.
5. You WILL loose that flab. No Doubt about it.
I noticed less flab within a month of eating a plant-based diet, and I wasn't left feeling hungry like some other diets I had tried in the past.
6. You will have more energy!

Finding the energy to get out there and do what you love wont be as difficult!
7. You will appear and feel more beautiful!
People will start complimenting you weekly, become inspired by your changes and you will feel awesome! There is nothing sexier then a healthy human being ;) .
8. Reduced Joint Pain and Inflamation

You will find that everythig from walking, climing stairs, to exersicing will become easier as you progress with this lifestyle.
9. If you adapt the lifestyle fully, you will actually SAVE MONEY!
There are many ways to cut costs in all areas of this lifestyle, including buying organic and using homemade household products. ( I'm going to be sharing a post about this with you at a later date!)
